Car Finance on Credit Report

I bought a car on finance in July 2008. I lost my job in October 2008, but I was able to make my car payments on time up until March 2009. I began to be late and miss payments and ended up with charges and arrears. In February 2010, I contacted my finance company Black Horse with a view to refinancing the car at a lower payment per month, over a longer term. They agreed that I could do this, provided paperwork with the new figure and since then I have paid the required amount on time every month.
I have recently accessed my credit report from Noddle and I can see that since I re-financed the car, they are still marking me down as 'payment was up to one month late' 'early arrears' and agreement to pay.
I am unsure if I should be marked down for this on my credit file, as I have paid each payment on time since 2010.
Can someone confirm if Black Horse are correct in marking me down for this?
Many thanks.

If you are paying in accordance with the new agreement, I would say that early arrears and one month late should not be showing from the time you took out that agreement. You are either fully compliant with an arrangement to pay or you are fully compliant with a new loan
What is difficult to establish is whether there is a new loan or you are in a new contract. What makes you think it is a new contract? You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
Hi, thanks for your reply. Sorry about my delay.
I have received full new documents relating the the agreement and it notes the amendment on them. They then state that they will collect the payments each month which they have done, yet I've been marked down as late. Tried to phone them today but they close at 1pm so will try on Monday.0
