How to complain to Topshop?

I sent a complaint to Topshop and no-on ever bothered to get back to me.

Would like to take it higher if I'm just going to get ignored but have no idea how to.

What's the complaint about?

When you say sent, do you mean a letter? Or email?

Rang customer services, was on hold for around 15 minutes and still no-one answered the call.

I rang my local branch to be told - yeah we're cashing up and don't want to take the call so ring back at 9:15am.

I rang them at 9:13am.

When they finally answered my question they were really rude to me and extremely unhelpful.

Then I email them to complain about that and they don't bother to reply.

It's just really bad customer service.

The one time i did contact Topshop i had to e-mail them about three times before i got anywhere as the replies i got indicated they really weren't reading my e-mails properly.

They do take about two or three days to reply though.
