I've just saved over £30 by checking my written renewal quote with their advertised on line price for the same deal. No quibble, but they said it might not have been possible had there been more call outs. (Only one in 3 years).
If online deals for the same product are consistently cheaper there seems little point paying by direct debit. Still paying over the odds compared to other providers.
