car insurance....really in tense

hi there
sorry, if same query been written here in this forum

my query is:
my car insurance expiry has come to an end by first week of july.
so i thought to get quote from moneysupermarket which i did and got cheap deal in compare to my last deal.

today when i logged into my present insurance company i found that they already renewed my insurance which is very expensive...
i really want to go for the cheap quote which i got it from money supermarket.

now what can i do? as the present one have already renewed before its expiry?

please help
