TERMS: *Price of a family day ticket to the English Heritage event History Live! Family ticket entitles the adult holder plus one adult guest and up to three children to participating English Heritage events from July 20 – August 26, 2013. Tickets not valid for use in conjunction with any other offer. One entry per household. Winners will be chosen at random. Ticket will have no cash value. Ticket automatically void if sold, offered for sale, or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the ticket for value. Photocopies not accepted. Ticket is valid for one day only. Winners may need to present ID upon entry. The ticket offer is valid only at properties managed directly by English Heritage, in accordance with individual site opening times. Tickets are non-transferable. The ticket offer is valid only at the English Heritage event and site and for the event date shown on the ticket, in accordance with individual site opening. If the allocated event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a ticket of similar value to another event of their choice in 2013. The ticket will only be valid for one use per family group and per transaction. Tickets can only be used on stated events up until 26th August 2013. Exclusions - This ticket offer will not be valid in conjunction with annual membership, overseas visitor pass, group visits, exhibitions, or any other discount or special offers. Pre-booked tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded as part of this ticket offer.

I had the same problem. I tried removing the zero and putting in 44 but that didn't work either, but left both fields blank and the form went through.0 -
