I’m in the process of buying my first home, problem I have is that I made a 5k deposit into my nationwide save to buy account on May 8th 2013.
I made the 5k over the years from football bets in the bookie, highest winnings being £700.
I have 25k in my save to buy, but only putting a 20k deposit.
Can I tell my solicitor that I won’t use the 5k or withdraw it?
