Returns and refunds

Hello, I have received an order from Mulberry. They have a 7 day cooling off period where I can return items and receive a refund on the items and postage. I ordered two items, I want to keep one and send the other back. Does anyone know if I will still receive my postage refund even though I am keeping half the order?

Morally, not if the P&P was the same regardless of number of items. Legally, I'll leave that to someone who can be bothered to trawl the DSR but I suspect that you're not entitled to a refund.

No, if you keep one iten you have no right to a refund unless it had it's own postage cost.0
