    No,
I notified Child benefit myself this week, as son 17 has left school and started a job on Monday. I was told CB would be payable until 24/6 so one week after his start date.

Why don't you crawl back somewhere instead of being downright nasty. I was not nasty or leary to you, despite what you think or thought.
And to answer your question - CHILD benefit ceases when said child leaves full time non advanced education or as someone else already told you on the other thread when they claim JSA income based of £56.80/week. And the same applies to any child tax credit as well in case you wanted another thread on that one.
You now need to charge your child rent until they get full time job. Suggest £20.30 / week as that is the loss you are suffering.

    Certainly can be Nanny.

If the dependant child is still at full time non advanced education the parents will get CB and CTC even if the child works.

My daughter was earning £120pw and studying at college, i informed the LA/HMRC and they weren't interested as still entitled to Child Benefit and it was still being paid.
Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.
