Daft question here but an organisation will be returning one of these unused to me (as they use their own couriers and refuse to use RM). I never have need for these so I can get a refund?

you mean a prepaid SD pouch?
I would say unlikely but probably down to the PO0 -
Afraid, you will just have to use it somehow, when the counter clerk weighs your item, and it is under so many grammes, he or she will enter "prepaid" £0.00 and no extra fees will be due.
Refunds are not given on unused Royal Mail stamps / pre paid items.0 -
Appreciate the replies - not the ones I hope for but I still am thankful for the information.

Just use it next time you sell something...0

Are you sure it's a prepaid envelope? Maybe they are just giving you normal SD envelopes that they no longer need. I've got a stock of them but the PO want money every time I use one!0
