Royal Mail Special delivery envelopes - unused

Daft question here but an organisation will be returning one of these unused to me (as they use their own couriers and refuse to use RM). I never have need for these so I can get a refund?

you mean a prepaid SD pouch?
I would say unlikely but probably down to the PO

Afraid, you will just have to use it somehow, when the counter clerk weighs your item, and it is under so many grammes, he or she will enter "prepaid" £0.00 and no extra fees will be due.

Refunds are not given on unused Royal Mail stamps / pre paid items.

Appreciate the replies - not the ones I hope for but I still am thankful for the information.

Are you sure it's a prepaid envelope? Maybe they are just giving you normal SD envelopes that they no longer need. I've got a stock of them but the PO want money every time I use one!
