HELP! included normal interest in claim - though at submitting County Court

I've just come across the fact that on requesting your charges back, you should not reclaim normal overdraft charges, as well as service charges..
I've already wrote to the bank twice and it now time to submit the claim via Moneywise and read what you can and can't reclaim!
What should I do? Start again with a revised breakdown of charges? Or still go for it? I've turned grey ... some one please help me... Thank you

...don't panic (I'm sure I saw that on the cover of a book somewhere!!!) a day's delay is not going to make one iota's worth of difference.Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.0 -
THanks. That link was where I read the bit about what you can or can not reclaim - nothing relating to my mess though! BTW, The site closes tomorrow, me thinking it was tonight. See - completely puggled is rather apt me thinks.0

Basically it doesn't matter what you asked the bank for. Just make sure that you ask for the right charges to be reclaimed when you issue your court claim.
Your court claim can differ from any requests you sent to the bank.Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.0
