Just had letter from lloyds saying sorry about my complaint and can they have number to call if they need too

There is no requirement for you to speak to them at all. If you choose to, you can keep all communication in writing.
It may help for you to send them a letter requesting this in order to stop any potential telephone calls.
Bear in mind that if they need to clarify a point quickly, this may delay any decision.Competition wins:
