Transfering between Barclaycards??

Hi all.

I currently have a Barclaycard Initial on which the interest free period on balance transfers has just expired.
I didn't manage to clear it on time unfortunately but the balance isn't huge anyway so happy with that.

My missus has just been accepted for a Barclaycard Platinum with 27 month balance transfer offer.

Can we do a B/T between these cards or is transfering between cards of the same supplier, regardless of who owns it, not allowed?

But you could transfer to another card, if you have one, (which would cost c. 3%) then do a balance transfer to the new BC. You'd have two sets of fees but it could still be much better than paying the standard rate of interest for 2 years
