Smeg Oven - DO4SS-5 - Thermostat or Thermostat Cut Out Part Needed?

Hi All,
I have a Smeg Oven that's just over 2 years old, 6 months ago the heating element packed up on it and now it seems the thermostat has gone as the light doesn't go off to show it's reached temperature and it's burning food quickly etc. (Not impressed with Smeg as a brand so far!)
I am looking to buy the part needed and I can see a thermostat for £37 here...
http://www.ransomspares.co.uk/parts/search/thermostat/smeg/cookers-hobs/do4ss-5/b/c/m/
But I can also see a thermostat cut off on Ebay
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140751117371?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
Anyone know which of the two it's most likely to be or how I can tell which one I need before ordering?
Thanks

Complain to Smeg - you would expect a quality appliance to last much longer than that without a fault. If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!

It's the main oven thermostat you need, the cut out doesn't control temperature but acts as a safety0
