    how old and how many kids do you have ? will she need a 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 13 bed house to move into?

    there is no guarentee sp? that by the end of the term that the house will be worth more or less and if paying interest only there will be a big bit to pay at the end anyway

    has she not looked into her and her new partner getting a new mortgage with a different provider for the property? you can then sell your house to her for 1p and then they will own the house and you two can divorce

    have you looked into mesher orders? probably wouldnt be fitting in this case but always good to know what the possibilities are
    The only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 5
