another email problem!

Hi,
There seems to be a couple of email probs currently running and im afraid i have another one. I cant send an email to more than 1 recipient. Ive tried them all in the 'to' box or 1 in the 'to' box and others in the 'cc' box but they arent sent. It doesnt actually tell me it cant send them, it looks as if theyve gone but people were complaining that i havent been replying to their emails.
I didnt have a problem with NTL, could it be virgin? I did have AVG and Norton on as security but I have removed both incase they are the prob but still not sending.

yes, and you wouldnt know that the only one that went is the first name on the list.
