    On your suggestion I did call and there is no reason why his pension should not be included. She has also suggested to speaking to a manager as the mistakes being made are not acceptable. So thanks for your advice I feel more reassured

    I did meet some "key account manager" type person at the beginning of the year she was basically saying Coventry b/s is small enough for everyone to know everyone so it shouldnt be a complete pain in the proverbial to sort it out if as it seems it is a mistake.

    They made a mistake. When it was queried, they looked into it ad put it right without protracted correspondence.

    Too much pressure over mistakes tends to make organisations defensive - they become entrenched defending their mistakes and it becomes very hard or impossible to get them put right.
    You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
