insurance for leasehold flat

Hi,
I've just bought a leasehold flat. the buildings insurance is covered by the management company but i need to find contents. the problem is ive been told that the kitchen and bathroom isnt covered in the buildings so i need to cover it in contents. this doesnt seem to be a standard thing.

does anyone know of insurance companies that cover this?

It is pretty standard, but you need to speak to companies. You will need to work out the replacement cost of everything in the flat that you want covered. They may ask about the cost of Kitchen and Bathrooms, so they can note this separately.
