i cant seem to access noodle as my card is a maestro has any1 else had this problem??

I have just tried to register and used 3 different cards ,all current..couldnt get past the ID check..I have lived here for 20 years and none of the cards are new nor has my name change ..
Does NODDLE have access to the FULL Electoral Register as I am only on it and not the shortened version ..Could that be the problem

Neither worked for me and I emailed them and they gave me the line that there could be a number of reasons why the ID didn't get through ...they suggested trying callcredit.co.uk ..that costs £2 .
Funnily enough I noticed that my bank a/c which is connected to the first debit card I tried had a 20p debit "reserved" so I thought that might be Noddle testing the card so if it was how come the ID didn't get done ??
  • When I sign in it tells me my account will be updated in 18 days time, so seems monthly for me.

I have constantly gone over limit on my Capital One card because I take it to the limit, and then when the interest is added it pushes it over. However I have no late payments or anything showing on Noodle. Anyone know if this would be the same for Equifax and the others? I.e. going over due to interest doesn't get recorded?

(I am closing my Capital One card this month :))
