Also remember if the Administrators make over 20 people redundant without consultation period (which they will).
You would then also be able to claim unfair dismissal via employment tribunal.
The end benefits of this (due to capping of govt payouts) as a guide are really for people with 2-7 years service. Otherwise PILON payment will already outweigh award.
However only 1 person needs to apply for the group.

Administrators are not bothered that technically they are often in breech of employment laws.
That is not their number 1 priority nor do they foot the bill.0 -
I have today found out that the landlord of the unit where the business had my shop was have repossessed the store seizing all the good that are in there including things that have been paid for by customers. The company are being taken over by the administrators at midnighti tonight. I'm sure this now means that the company I work fir no longer has any rights over the goods that are in there and I'm now classed as redundant without any notice.
Really wish I understood how all this administration procedures work.0
