Hi,

I am currently trying to clean up my bank account and work out where i can make cuts to unnecessary outgoings.

I have direct debits to financial institutions which i have no idea exactly what they are.

I pay friends life for services but i dont know what. How can i contact them to ask the nature of the services they are providing me....

And therein lies the problem,

i cant find a general enquiries type telephone number.


i have e-mailed the complaints dept to see if they can point me in the right direction.
