Electric Meter Reverse
I have discovered that since changing over to Scottish Power our bills are getting higher and higher.
They asked me to do a meter reading today and I have discovered that the nightly rate and day rate have mixed up and have been since we joined them and a new meter was put in.
Has anyone else had to deal with this? Will ring in the morning but will this be a simple phone call or am I going to be waiting a long time to get my money back.
