Hello,
just had an offer accepted in a flat. Ive looked around for solicitors but these all seems to vary in price. any thoughts on how much I should spend on these, and what to look out for?

We chose Beaumont for our purchase and so far have been v impressed by their responsiveness and quality.0 -
Make sure you compare like with like. Some quote for their time only, others include searches and so on. Not all solicitors include the same searches as standard.0
