IB + ?? - possible?

I thought they went on to IS - my mistake.
They usually did, they were entitled to IBY credits and IS paid the benefit
the entitlement normally ceased when they reached nineteen, they then went over to ordinary IB credits and IS but no change to entitlement in effect.
I know about the up to twenty five rule but normal entitlement ended at nineteen
They were however always on less then the OP as he quotes the over the I.S 25 rate and states he is on IB long term.
This is a good £20 more then IS would have paid to someone of his age
Its sad that he is struggling lets hope he claims HB and CTB soon0
