    you can buy Belzebuth(meaning Beezlebub) beer from France in London if you are close, alledged as the Strongest lager in the World at 15%

    I found the Oxford bottled beer database which has Trafalgar critical mass at 14% and Brasserie Jeanne D`Arc at 15%. Should be strong enough for most tastes.

    Too true, I go to a Belgian Bar in Amsterdam when I'm working over there and the choice of lager is unbelievable, all served in their brewers glasses.:beer:

    Gold Label - available in cans of 4 at most supermarkets is 10.9%. Again, technically a barley wine, thought stated on the can as 'a special beer'

    Vile Vile stuff though, I used to drink it as a teenager. It does have the advantage of coming in small cans which meant you could just about down them in one before the taste kicked in

    my local tesco is selling their (8.6%) version at 62p a can - NOT A SPECIAL, because the shelf label is white, not yellow - buy while you can folks- but drink sensibly lol - i know its not the strongest, but at that price, who the heck cares after a couple hic!!
