But your priority TODAY, NOW is to get that acknowledgement sent straight to the court saying you wish to defend in full. Do that now.

Rite im not trolling the only reason iv come here is because an ex partner was helping me with this who was studying law and now wont help me, im struggling to post the pictures its not letting me do it by just replying on this thread? Wheres the post thread guys?

Oh and my x partner has just told me she did already write back a reaponse from me to defend in full so thats done already!

Oh that explains how it was re-allocated to your local court - shame the ex partner didn't tell you that they had actually filed a small claim against you.

Have a look then at the defence information I linked in that pepipoo thread earlier on, which includes a case UKCPS lost only last year in exactly the same circumstances. I think that post I made on pepipoo (case law and OFT Guidance re unfair terms) covers a lot of bases as far as saying to the judge 'I say this was a penalty and so it's not enforceable'.

But there is a fair bit more than this to a defence, so if I were you I would start a new thread on pepipoo forums because on there you can post links to pics. Also they are experienced in defending small claims successfully:

Just host a photo of the original Notice, the letters and the claim - name & address covered up! - on tinypic or photobucket, then copy & paste the URL into a reply on your pepipoo thread.

If you are confused then read the pepipoo FAQs 'how to post pictures' when you have registered and also look at a few other threads about court claims being defended to see how much information to post.

Make sure your thread on pepipoo is clearly entitled 'Help please to defend against UKCPS Court Claim'. Also if your username here is your real name then think of another anonymous one for pepipoo at least - DO NOT use your real name as a username = naïve if you are genuine (and a real name makes it look as if your thread may be a fake one by a PPC sock-puppet who reckons they are about to win a mall claim against someone of that name and are sad enough to want to boast about it).
