Luma card, I received the pin but no card?!

How long would you wait before calling? I got the pin on Saturday

Also, I've not actually received any info regarding my limit etc

hi, i dont have a luna card, but normally your pin and card comes seperately for security reasons, the credit limit and terms are normally with the card, i`d probably allow a week, but it wont hurt to ring them if your concerned, hth x

I could never understand why they send the PIN first either, wouldn't it make sense to get the card first, as it will still work online and some issuers even let you see limit online first anyway.

Hi, I got email confirmation of acceptance yesterday and they also gave me login details so I could see my limit (can't see the APR as yet, though). Haven't got either the card or PIN through the post.

My card came 7 days after the pin, which was the 10th working day after applying, which was what it said on the site faq
