Joiner Quote

I am looking to get approx 6m2 of hardwood flooring installed (I already have the wood) in a hallway (which will be cleared and ready for installation) and 2 internal glass panel doors supplied and fitted, incl ironmongery (nothing special for the handles). I am struggling to get joiners to come out and quote to give me comparisons, but have one coming tonight. Any ideas what kind of cost I should be looking at for this work?

The guy came tonight and measured the hardwood flooring at 7m2, quoting £170 to lay, incl beading (which he is also supplying).

The 2no. glass doors have come in at £330 to supply and fit, incl handles and hinges. (Worcester doors)

I also asked him to quote on 2no. wood 6-panel white doors, inc handles & hinges - £150.

    Seems fair enough to me.
