High street Vouchers as incentive to switch

I recently switched from eon to NPower for my dual fuel through this website and was under the impression I got high street vouchers once the switch had took place, which it now has, however I have not yet received any vouchers. I've looked this morning and it says you should receive them 45-90 days following the switch. I'm just wondering do I need to do anything to claim these or is it something that happens automatically? Also, who pays these vouchers??
