What disgraceful behaviour by easyJet, not just refusing the chap travel but then coming out with "it is the responsibility of the passenger..." guff. Even their eventual apology includes nonsense about intending to "remedy" the situation when all the airline can really do is compensate. Shabby at every turn.0
