Parking fine that's gone to bailiff

Hi all
I recieved a letter from Marston high court officers saying I owe money on a parking fine that was issued on the 2nd of February 2011 ...it's on a car I no longer own plus they have made it out to mrs m Jansen as apposed to ms what's more that particular car was never registered in that name .
Is there anyway I can get out of this because I'm pretty sure its not valid .
I have actually found a bank statement showing I made a payment to them a year ago I'm pretty sure this was paid only I don't have any other evidence other then a bank statement and I've sent this to them but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do
Advice would be greatly appreciated .

What is this for ? A council PCN ? I would advise paying a tenner to take this to bailiffadviceonline.co.uk they can help you. You need to act quickly as these guys can take your current vehicleWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
