London mint office problem

welcome, my husband order some offer with never arrive... we try contact on phone and explain .. said write email with explain whats happened.. never respond for email... after mont yesterday posted another invoice with increase... what to do?? how cancel this??? any tips ??

You've ordered some coins, they haven't arrived, now they have sent you an invoice asking for more money - is that correct?
Not sure what to advise but if the above is correct, then its now more understable so someone will be able to advise. The London mint office coins are worth nothing though but maybe you want them anyway?0 -

There's lots of good advice on there, as many have fallen into the trap that you have. The London Mint coins have absolutely no value. They make themselves look like an official company, but it's The Royal Mint that make the legitimate coins. Follow the advice on that forum link, and never use The London Mint again. Good luck.0
