Good evening folks from a very sunny and still very sunny NI:D

I was away in Dublin for a couple of days and just got back today. Very strange eating on my own in the Bar and Restaurant etc, but the gym, spa and hydrotherapy pool etc were all very good:). I managed to grab another NSD today, so am able to declare NSD7 for today:)
Progress is incredibly slow this month on the NSD front, but will keep plodding on. I hope everyone is well and enjoying the weather.

Sometimes all we can do is plod.I'm sure you'll get there.:)
Sounds like you had a good time in Dublin.:D
    Afternoon all :hello:

I'm doing the friday wiggle

    I'll join you;I'm off this weekend!

I was going to try for an nsd today, and spend tomorrow, but the ice lolly situation had me worried. What if there there were none left tomorrow in the shop?

My freezer is crammed full of lovely lollies now.;)

Another very humid day here.I was bathed in sweat at 6 o'clock this morning. It's a bit cooler now and there's a thunderstorm rumbling in the distance.

    Have a fab weekend everyone!

Howdy! I'm back - been away for a few days on business, was pretty much just as hot as it has been here but i must admit I did enjoy two nights sleep with aircon. I didn't however enjoy a 4 hr journey to get home (normally about 50mins) due to the coach fire on the M25. On the upside, I'm up to NSD #10 (somehow didn't declare on Sun either)
but nearly £20 spent today on healthy food / salad / fruit etc

    5 for me today please.

A question please (as I have my own strict rules). I withdrew cash earlier this week but didn't spend it all :Dand it's just sitting in my purse. If I spend it tomorrow and only that, can I technically claim an NSD? Its not a lot but will pay for a couple of ice creams and some top up salad bits.

Nothing will be leaving my bank a/c or c/c and I have already deducted the amount (or included it) in my budget depending on which way you look at it. I don't feel I can because I will have spent money but it's money already spent IYSWIM. My spending diary is not tallying to my budget and the difference is what is in my purse.

Your rules are really up to you CW. Personally I would count it as a spend as I count everything that is not a budgeted bill, milk, petrol or boot camp as a spend. but then I don't take X amount out of the bank to budget with since a) I get cashback on my cc b) I think I'd be more tempted to spend. Only you can really judge if you're diddling the numbers :)

    Thank you Beanie & Kerri

I am going to go with a spend day because I feel I would be cheating. I did kind of think I would be. It's not much but a surplus for once (and in my favour) but spending money is afterall, just that.
