Use Co-ax cable as speaker wire

I am decorating my living room at the moment and would like to bury speaker wires in the walls with four socket outlets in the walls to plug the speakers into.
The problem is that here is a limited range of speaker sockets available and none in the finish that matches the mains sockets, phone points etc.
One solution I thought of was to use TV arial sockets as speaker sockets and TV coax cable in the wall. The co-ax sockets do match the other sockets.
So to the question - Has anyone seen a connector that takes Co-ax cable in one end and speaker wire in the other?
