Hi all, am having a problem with hotmail and could really use some help. I know when I am composing a new email I have to tick the little box to ask it to save the mail in the sent folder, thats fine, its working as it should but if I add an attachment to the email it is not saving that in the sent folder, it is just saving the email by itself. Is there anyway that I can get it to save the whole thing, email + attachment. I have had a look in the settings but cant find an option. Thanks in advance for any help.

You could just BCC the email to yourself too. Thats what I do anyway.

Yer thats one of the many disadvantages to using hotmail.
I agree with Sarah.. Send the email to yourself (in the bcc box).
Googlemail saves the attachments in the sent folder. And googlemail is alot more reliable. So if you ever feel the need to change your email address.. I and many other mse users will most likely point you in the direction of gmail.

Definitely get gmail!
You can now send attachments up to 20 mb in size as well.
Nearly 3gb of storage.
Beats hotmail hands down.0
