Sky credit card - any obvious issues?

Want a new 0% spending card and was going to go for a Mint card again, but noticed the Sky card in my sky mag today. 10 months and also you save a bit on sky bills depending on how much you spend. However noticed its run by Barclaycard and it has that flexible APR dependent on how much you pay each month, which has worried me a bit. I normally pay off all balances each month, so 2 questions - (1) flexible APR is not applicable for the first 10 months anyway as its 0% (as long as complete balance paid off by end of promotion), and (2) when it reverts to standard conditions after 0% period ended, as long as I pay the balance off every month I will not be charged any interest at all?

Also 0% is 10 months running to 1st March 2008. Reckon that will change to 1st April 2009 if I apply in June??

I have a sky card, i only got it for the 0% on purchases. I've been using it non stop for the last month, so it's near it's 1k limit

    your answers:
q1, the does APR doesn't effect you coz u will have 0% on purchases
q2, not sure, but should be. call up and ask them.

i would recommend this card, u can manage it online and it's interest free!! pay it all off after 9/10 months then get another one elsewhere

Thanks for the reply. How long from applying did it take for you to receive the card?

Q2 - Yes you will (unless of course you do a BT to another card!)

I have just come to the end of my 0% period, have successfully done a BT to Morgan Stanley, and closed the Sky card account.

They have been OK, but poor customer services marred a good package - still, an excellent stooze and shouldnt moan!
