OTM? Just a few seconds unless there's a lot of temp files to clean, but 15 mins is too long.

mbam vanishes every reboot along with all other changes.

Has it not killed the desktop (explorer) yet? You should see a blank blue screen.
If not, Norton's not playing ball (self protection), it may be better to do it in safe mode.0 -

well, it seemed to finish fine in safe mode; but on reboot I get no log file; and the /ProgramFiles/Norton AntiVirus
/ProgramFiles/common files/symantec shared
folders are all still there. Go to the folder C:\_otm\movedfiles
Is there a *.log file in there?0 -
