Ppi

My wife has just been awarded £3200 from a PPI claim :T. We also have a joint PPI of which my wife had a claim on for mortgage protection after been diagnosed with brain cancer. Can we still claim the PPI as been mis-sold.

You can complain, but you can hardly say you didn't need the insurance since you claimed on it. In addition, any redress (should it be awarded) would have the amount you received when you claimed deducted from the total.

If the claim paid out then why would you want to complain?

What type of insurance is the mortgage protection?

even if you complain and in the unlikely case of an upheld, the amount of the claim would be deducted from the amount of the complaint.
