I was imprecise in my previous post; I mean that legal costs could not be claimed in the SCC. That is what your post clearly appeared to refer to.

I defended myself as case was clear cut as far as I was concerned but I did seek legal advice before I attended from solicitor friend. I claimed back ancillary costs as that was all I had incurred as my friend advised me for free and helped me withh paperwork. I dont believe you can get legal aid for civil cases but you can be exempt from some of the court costs for bringing case to court if you are in receipt of certain benefits0 -

Well I help out where I can and am kind and considerate and I keep noise levels down after 6pm..
Please try to remember we have a small child also being effected by all of this before you LOL further (making yourself appear even more lonely,sad and mean spirited)0
