Paid T H Baker on credit card and no goods

I bought a Pandora charm last Thursday (well I thought I had) and paid by credit card. The blurb said items over £100, ordered by 4 pm on a weekday would be delivered the next day postage free. They have taken the money and still no charm. I sent them an email, no reply, tried to phone them and all there lines are busy and the mailbox is full. I am now panicking. Where do I go from here please?

Where did you buy it from?

You might have to do a credit card chargeback.

I bought it online from T H Baker. I have looked and they have a shop about 20 miles from me. I don't know whether to pay them a visit at the weekend. How do I go about a credit card chargeback. I have never needed to do this before.

Chargeback. You need to contact your card provider. But you will have to wait 15 days from date of debit before it can be actioned.

Are you 100% sure that you were on the retailers website and not another one.
