McVities Customer Service

I thought I had to say how helpful McVities customer services have been. Two months ago I bought some McVities White Choc Chip & Raspberry Cookies, only to find a small piece of metal in one. I was more in shock because my 18mth old son had nearly eaten this particular one.
I made contact with McVities and aranged to send the metal and cookies back. A couple of weeks later I received a detailed letter of what they thought had caused the problem and a £20 postal order for my inconvience.
I also made sure I rang up to thank the lady I spoke to personally, as a thankyou can go a long way.
