Online capital one statements

in Credit cards
I have just switched to on-line statements with Capital One. However when I print the statement, the paying in advice states 'duplicate cannot be used'
I like to take cash to the bank for this particular card. Has anybody encountered this & how do you get round paying without the advice, do I have to phone Capital One for a load of paying in slips?
Thank you for any information.....

well in your case online statements are of not really much use, as you like to pay in cash, and why waste ink and paper printing your own when cap one will send them to you for free, with a advice slip you can actually use.
the online statement also gives you details of how you can pay in other ways.0 -
I know, I actually wanted to cut out all the paper I am receiving in the post, hence moving to on-line ... I also don't need to print every page ...0

why don't you just do a same day transfer from your bank account etc, there is no way id be traipsing around town to post offices or banks etc, there really is no need for it nowadays, but how you chose to conduct your affairs has nothing to do with me, as said everything you need to know is stated on the online statements.
you also like to use cash at banks to pay, would you honestly take a grand or 2 in cash and walk around town with it, if that's what was needed to pay your account, and yes I know it could just be 20 quid your paying.0
