LOL at Lenny - you saw the documentary then?!

Well I saw Obedient Wives on Channel 5 earlier this month and I must say I am a staunch supporter of the The Surrendered Wife ethos and of course The Good Wife Guide. Now let me explain before you shoot me down. I firmly believe that a womans place is in the home and the constant disagreements that arise between man and wife come from the couples not agreeing on a lot of things, if the woman agreed with her man all the time and did what was asked the divorce rate would not be so high, coupled with that this is a generational mindset that we are emerging from. That sounds incredibly sexist of me and I certatinly don't practice it (not from choice!!) but I just think its true. What does everyone else think (Ducking now....)

Would you be my housewife? And more importantly would you be obedient?

    Thank you Snaggles!

    Right, so 22% tax = £110
    3% pension = £15
    Student loan = £3.75 extra
National Insurance = £4.58 extra = £133.33 of deductions... giving me £366.67. That sounds alright. Bet i've got it wrong though :(

What NI category are you on? If its A and your earnings are all withing the *normal* limits Ni will be 11% which is £55 :(
