Can anyone advise, is it possible to part ex an existing property for another that itself was taken in part ex?
There is a house for sale that we are interested in but ours is not yet on the market. The house we've seen is a part ex and the builders would like a complete sale ASAP. We woud need to sell ours in order to buy so wondered if the above is possible?!
