I have had problems with this site too. Sent a console game for another. Never had one in return. So far site admin has done nothing! The person I did the deal had a 5 star rating from 7 other deals and used this as an excuse for me to post first.

There are some problems with star ratings, particularly when someone only has a few, as it's easy to (for instance)
- "swap" with a few friends and get them to give good ratings
- genuinely swap a few low value items for cheap ratings
