Hi, I am trying to install one of these. I won it in a raffle so I don’t have a supplier to contact for assistance.
I have a Windows7 laptop and a TalkTalk wireless modem.
I have successfully installed the printer on my laptop and it works fine if I connect it with a USB cable but I cannot get the printer to connect to my wireless modem.
The supplied instructions are:
Press Wi-Fi button for three seconds.
The Wi-Fi status lights flash alternately.
It may take a few minutes while the printer connects to the network.
I keep getting to this point:
If the green network status light is off and the orange network status light is flashing, click the following link.
Clicking that link only instructs to go back and try again.
I have tried about ten times but cannot get past this stage.
I cannot see or find an alternative method of connecting it to a network. There is no LCD panel on the printer, just a few buttons.
Any suggestions or ideas?
Thanks
