Hi
Has the template letter changed with regards to PPI on closed accounts, it doesn't appear now to mention the £10 fee and other info.???

Ahh, I see what you mean...now it asks for them to tell you if there's a fee....although it still says this above the links to the templates....Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Yeh, I have a printed, coffee stained old type letter which seems to ask a lot more info, just wondered if I should follow the new MSE template or not.

Its the closed account one on Step 1 - Check your policy, its changed over the last few weeks.
I've just seen the SAR one, I presume this will give me the same end product. Sorry for sounding a bit thick!;)
