Question about airmiles

Hello I am hoping to use the airmiles I have been accumulating through Tesco for a trip to NY then onto Orlando.
However on the airmiles website it will only let you book a return journey in and out of the same airport.
I tried ringing airmiles but was on hold for ages so gave up.
Can anyone tell me if I will be able to book the flight plan I want or will I have to fly into JFK then onto Orlando and then do the same in reverse for the return journey? Not keen on flying as it is and I know that I will have to fly from JFK to MCO,but if I can get away with one less internal flight I'd been relieved.
Hope someone can help;)

Yes you can book open jaw as it's called but not via the website.
When phoning, try pressing zero when you get the automated message.
I have dealt with David Cotton there several times - he's very good, but I'm afraid I can't find his direct number!
