Foreign Bank Notes

Hi Forum: What can I do with my left over holiday money. I have approx 500 Barbados Dollars (in notes). Can I pay it into my bank account or do I have to find an outlet to sell it too. I didn't buy it in the UK so can't go for one of those "buy back" schemes.

Try putting it over the counter straight into your own account - that's what I do all the time but I guess it's bank/location dependent.

Just change it at any BdeC. Buy back deals are nothing special.
Shop around for a good exchange rate (which will certainly be worse than you paid for it) and don't be fooled by 'no commission' deals that doctor the exchange rate.
