Terrible landline transfer service to SKY

I am really annoyed about having no landline services since 28th May despite numerous calls and assurances it would be fixed. SKY, get your telephone transfer service focused on results not excuses. THREE failed fix attempts before escalating the issue and failing to notify us of BT engineer call outs so they close the case is not good enough.
