Equifax email address?

Hi there, could anyone help me with an email address for Equifax please?
I cancelled my free trial but was still charged for the following month. I checked the Ts&Cs and I did cancel over 24h before it was due for renewal.
I want to contact them about it but you have to sign up for My Questions. I did this, but my browsers won't let me select a category, which is needed to submit a question.
I'd rather just email them!
Thanks,
Rosie

Ring them tomorrow before 8pm: 0844 335 0550
It's far less hassle to do that than to bother emailing. They aren't too pushy so you should have it sorted in a few minutes... and possibly some cash refunded as well.Oh, you wee bazza!0 -
Thanks, I'm loathe to call 0844 though and all of the ones I tried from Say No To 0870 didn't exist. Any updated ones?0

In your case I would have thought you would have made an exception and phoned the number given!0 -
I will do if there isn't a free way to contact them
I had to call the 0844 to cancel. It's not expensive (was 75p) but still would rather not have to spend money to fix it.
Thanks
